People can change their career for many reasons and for many times but still there are two kinds of people in life: those who go on studying and acquire some knowledge during the whole life and those who stop on one profession and stick to it till the retirement. Very often it happens so that after getting certain profession. People understand that it is not the very thing they need, but consider changing being too late. For many others school is over long time ago, but they still goes on studying different sciences, which are interested to them, for example astronomy or computer. There are many ways of additional studying and it is not necessary to attend special courses or enter the university again. People can study by means of different books, channels and Internet. Earlier, different specialties were not studied, as they were not popular, but nowadays these professions are of high demand, so a lot of people want to retrain in order to get more prestigious and well-paid job.

One more reason of adults getting the education is that while applying for a job it is necessary to have higher education and experience, while earlier it was not so obvious. Adult continuing education is worthwhile endeavor and it does not matter how old are you, 25 or 40. it is very interesting and useful to gain knowledge of something new today. Every person is unique in her own way, but everybody should make at least one decision, which is common for all. It is choosing of the career and education for the future. A lot of people have already made such decisions or are about to do it. Maybe they are satisfied with their decision and maybe not and are concerned about the change of the career in future.
